We are accepting new clients for online/virtual telehealth and in-person/office counseling and therapy (psychotherapy) services. If you are in need of support, please contact us to see how we can help.
During a pandemic, telehealth is the safest way to participate in counseling and therapy. Research has shown that telehealth psychotherapy has higher retention rates and is as effective as face-to-face psychotherapy (Greenbaum, 2020).
The risk of exposure to COVID-19 cannot be eliminated with in-person services. We are located within a commercial building and share common areas with other businesses. This may increase the number of individuals you encounter when visiting our office. The office management group, Regus Management Group, LLC announced as of May 24, 2021, in accordance with The Centers for Disease Control (CDC), face coverings will be optional for those who have been fully vaccinated and those who are not vaccinated must still wear face coverings in all common areas.
To reduce exposure risk, we ask clients and staff stay home and participate in telehealth services if they or a member of their household are sick or have been in close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days. Hand sanitizer and disposable masks are available, and frequently touched surfaces are cleaned and disinfected regularly. Clients should inform their provider of their comfort regarding the provider wearing or not wearing a mask during their appointment.
By attending services in-person, you release Achieve Counseling & Wellness from any and all liability for exposure or harm due to COVID-19.
