Cancellation Policy
Missed, Late Cancelled, or Late Rescheduled Appointments
Achieve Counseling & Wellness is committed to providing high quality behavioral and mental health counseling and therapy and clinical supervision services to as many people as possible. Because demand for services is typically high, we ask that you schedule appointments that you are confident you will be able to keep. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. When an appointment is cancelled without adequate notice, we are unable to fill the appointment by offering it to another person.
Late Cancellation Policy: A late cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file if an appointment is missed, canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice. Appointments will be considered missed if not present within 15 minutes from the scheduled appointment time.

Associate Counselor/Therapist: $80.00
