What should I do if I am experiencing a crisis or having thoughts of harming myself or others?
Please call, text, or chat the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline if you are experiencing a crisis or having thoughts of harming yourself or others.
In the event of a life-threatening emergency, or if you are at imminent risk of harming yourself or others, please call 911.
How do I schedule an appointment for counseling/therapy (psychotherapy) services?
New and current clients can schedule online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Scheduling is also available by phone during our administration phone hours by calling (602) 567-0263.
I'm a new client. What type of appointment should I schedule?
If you are scheduling your first appointment to start services, please schedule an Initial Evaluation. The Initial Evaluation is not a guarantee of entry into our practice. During the evaluation, the therapist will inquire on your reason for seeking treatment and desired outcome, complete a biopsychosocial assessment, and discuss treatment recommendations.
Curious about therapy or finding the right fit? You can schedule a free 15-minute consultation with one or more of our therapists.
Are scheduling deposits required?
Scheduling a free 15-minute consultation does not require a deposit or credit card. Scheduling an initial evaluation does not require a deposit, but a credit card is required.
What are your late cancellation fees?
A late cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file if an appointment is missed, canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice. Appointments will be considered missed if not present within 15 minutes from the scheduled appointment time.
Late Cancellation Fees
Counselor/Therapist: $ 100.00
Associate Counselor/Therapist: $80.00

How do online/virtual telehealth services work?
All you need is internet access to connect to your telehealth appointment by smartphone, laptop, desktop, or tablet. The link to join your session will be included in the scheduling confirmation and reminder emails.
Will my insurance cover telehealth services?
Telehealth services are covered by a majority of plans. However, benefits and coverage vary by plan.
Please contact your healthcare insurance plan to determine if telehealth psychotherapy services are covered with your Achieve provider.
Are online/virtual telehealth services the best option for me?
Telehealth counseling/therapy services are a convenient option for people with busy schedules, people who live or work a considerable distance from our office, people with chronic health conditions, or people who just prefer the flexibility that telehealth offers. Factoring in travel time, attending an in-office appointment often requires anywhere between 1 1/2 hours to 2 1/2 hours time commitment.
If you are a new client and are not sure if telehealth counseling/therapy services are right for you, contact us to schedule a free 10-minute consultation.
If you are a current client, and are interested in switching or adding telehealth services, talk with your provider.
