Delivering compassionate, customized support to help individuals, couples, and families in Arizona navigate life’s challenges with strength and resilience.
It takes a lot to make the decision to seek therapy, and I’m so glad that you’re doing it! Life is complicated and so are we. In my work, I meet people when they are feeling confused, hurt, angry, and/or overwhelmed by life’s complications. I love my work because I get to be a source of support, patience, and encouragement for people in these moments. I believe that building a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship is at the foundation of achieving clinical success. Whether you are an adult or teen (ages 16+) seeking counseling services for concerns related to trauma, depression, and/or anxiety, I am ready to help.
For over a decade, I have worked with individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds, including but not limited to urban American Indian/Alaska Natives and LGBTQ+ individuals. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR Therapy approaches in an individual and family counseling setting with my clients.
I consider my clinical approach to be empathic and personable, while also being pragmatic. My hope is that everyone I work with feels valued, heard, and ultimately empowered to live their life with purpose and happiness. If you would like support in facing some of the challenges in your life, then I am here to listen and help guide you on your journey. I invite you to schedule an appointment or free consultation.

Achieve Counseling & Wellness, a unique 501(c)(3) nonprofit psychotherapy private practice, is proud to provide the highest-quality, five-star counseling/therapy services to support Arizona’s middle class. We use profits to provide affordable counseling/therapy services to members of the middle-class with low to mid income based on a sliding scale. People who join the Achieve Community can feel good knowing that not only are they investing in their own well-being, but the rates they pay help support the well-being of hard working individuals and families who would not be able to access psychotherapy services without our affordable counseling/therapy options.
When well-being is supported, people are able to achieve their full potential, live healthier lives, and maximize their contributions to society. In turn, our economy is strengthened which helps Arizona's communities thrive and remain vibrant places to live, work, and play.
