Licensed Contract Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LP)

Achieve Counseling & Wellness is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit group psychotherapy practice dedicated to helping Arizona’s middle-class professionals achieve emotional wellness and personal success. We’re also passionate about providing therapists with a better way to work—combining the flexibility of private practice with the support and shared purpose of a team-driven organization.

We’re currently looking for an independently licensed therapist to join our growing team. This is a contract position ideal for a clinician who is self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to providing high-quality care to adult clients. While our caseloads primarily consist of adults, therapists must also be comfortable seeing clients age 16 and older.

• Financial access for clients – We accept most major commercial insurances and offer sliding scale options
• No admin headaches – We take care of all credentialing, billing, and insurance verification so you can focus on what you do best: seeing clients
   

• Provide individual, couple, and/or family therapy
• Conduct intakes and diagnose for medical necessity
• Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver weekly sessions
• Maintain documentation that meets legal, ethical, and practice standards
• Create an inclusive, culturally competent space for clients from all backgrounds
   

• Active, independent Arizona license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)
• Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field
• Experience working with adults (and willingness to see ages 16+)
• Comfort with electronic health records and telehealth platforms 
• Reliable laptop required; stable internet connection needed only if providing virtual sessions remotely (internet is available in the office)
