Achieve Counseling & Wellness is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit group practice dedicated to helping Arizona’s professionals achieve emotional wellness and personal success. We believe that for clients to thrive, their therapists must thrive, too!

We are always looking to connect with independently licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LP) who are self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to high-quality care. We provide the infrastructure and mission; you provide the clinical expertise. Our model is designed to eliminate the "admin headaches" of private practice so you can focus entirely on your clients.

• Clinical Autonomy: Build your ideal caseload with a minimum average of just 5 client sessions per week.
• True Flexibility: You set your own hours, manage your own schedule, and choose when you take time off—no need to request leave or ask for approval.
• Fully Remote & Hybrid Flexibility: Choose the workflow that fits your life, with options for 100% virtual care or a hybrid model.
• Office Availability: Professional office space is currently available for in-person sessions on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• Competitive Compensation: We offer attractive contract rates, including a pay differential for EMDR-trained clinicians.
• No Admin Burden: We handle all credentialing, billing, and insurance verification.
• Streamlined Operations: We focus on commercial insurance and sliding scale options; we do not accept Medicare or AHCCCS.

• Credentials: You hold an active, independent Arizona license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LP).
• Clinical Focus: You have experience and expertise in working with adult populations.

• Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.

Achieve was founded by a therapist who wanted to create a healthier, more sustainable work experience for clinicians. As a nonprofit, we reinvest in our mission rather than a bottom line. This means better resources for our team, a focus on therapist longevity, and more accessible care for our community.
