Empowering individuals, couples, and families in Arizona through compassionate support.
Feeling stuck in a rut or unsure how to move forward in life is a common experience. If you find yourself repeating unhelpful patterns and yearning for something more, therapy can be a valuable tool for personal growth. Seeking therapy is not a sign of weakness, but rather a courageous step towards self-discovery and positive change. It provides a safe and supportive space to explore challenging emotions, process past experiences, and develop effective coping mechanisms.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered, emphasizing respect, transparency, and a calm demeanor. I utilize an integrative framework, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices. Together, we will work to identify and achieve meaningful goals that align with your personal values.
With over a decade of experience in clinical social work, I have supported individuals, couples, families, and groups in navigating various life challenges. My primary focus is on building a strong therapeutic relationship, creating an environment where you feel comfortable and empowered to explore your inner world. I believe that by prioritizing your needs and providing the necessary space for growth, we can effectively address your mental health concerns and support you through significant life transitions. If you are ready to start your path to personal growth, I invite you to schedule an appointment or free consultation.
