We are a unique 501(c)(3) nonprofit psychotherapy private practice located in Phoenix, dedicated to making therapy accessible to members of the middle-class. We offer affordable services based on a sliding scale and accept most commercial and employer-sponsored health insurance plans.

A 501(c)(3) nonprofit psychotherapy private practice is a community mental health center that is recognized by the IRS as a charitable organization. As 501(C)(3), our practice is governed by a Board of Directors and completes annual filings with the IRS to ensure our services and business operations support our mission. 


We do not have owners or shareholders who benefit from our organization making a profit. The revenue from our services and tax-deductible donations are used to cover business expenses, so that we can provide accessible and affordable therapy to the middle-class. In support of our mission, accept most major employer-sponsored and commercial health insurances and offer sliding scale payment options. 


Our Mission: We assist individuals, couples, and families in living healthier, meaningful, and fulfilling lives through counseling and wellness services to help them achieve their personal, professional, and relationship goals.


 

Sliding-scale therapy is a flexible payment system designed to make mental health services more accessible to individuals with varying financial situations. With sliding-scale therapy, the cost of therapy sessions is adjusted based on a client's income, household size, and ability to pay. This ensures that those who may not be able to afford standard rates can still receive the support and care they need.
