Online Therapy in Arizona That Puts You First

Therapy Built for the People Who Can't Afford to Fall Apart

Invest in yourself — and your community.

Achieve Counseling & Wellness is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit private practice founded by therapists who experienced firsthand how difficult it is for working individuals and families to access quality mental health care. Most private practices charge hundreds of dollars per session and don't accept insurance. Online platforms prioritize shareholder returns over client outcomes. And while government-funded agencies serve those in extreme financial hardship, people who work for a living are largely left without good options.

We exist for the people in between — all the workers, managers, small business owners, parents, and caregivers who hold communities together and keep the world running while managing the demands of everyday life.

As a nonprofit, every dollar stays in the mission. Clients who pay full rates help make care affordable for lower-wage workers in Arizona — so choosing therapy here means investing in yourself and giving back at the same time.

Online Therapy That Helps You Thrive — Not Just Get By

Comprehensive Online Therapy Across Arizona

Our secure online therapy services make it easy for Arizonans to receive professional mental health support from home, work, or any private space with internet access. Online counseling is proven to be just as effective as in‑person therapy and offers greater convenience for busy schedules.

Benefits of Online Therapy in Arizona

  • Effective mental health treatment comparable to in‑person sessions.
  • Convenient access from anywhere in Arizona—no travel required.
  • Flexible scheduling, including evenings and Saturdays.
  • Confidential telehealth with secure, private video sessions.
  • Insurance‑friendly and affordable, with sliding‑scale options for hard‑working individuals and families.
  • Client high satisfaction ratings and indicated preference for virtual behavioral health services.
  • Steadier progress and better outcomes than in-person due to higher completion rates, attendance rates, and number of treatment sessions.

The Neuroscience Behind Lasting Change

Therapy isn't just a conversation — it's a process that produces measurable changes in how your brain functions. Research using brain imaging has shown that psychotherapy physically alters brain structure and activity over time, including:

  • Quieting the overactive regions responsible for anxiety and panic, helping your nervous system find a steadier baseline.
  • Rebuilding communication pathways disrupted by conditions like OCD, restoring more balanced signaling between brain regions.
  • Strengthening the neural connections that support adaptive thinking, emotion regulation, and healthy behaviors that last.
  • Delivering meaningful relief within just a few sessions — 64% of our clients achieve their treatment goals within 6 to 10 sessions.

Dr. Rebecca De Los Santos, PhD, LP

Dr. Rebecca De Los Santos is a psychologist with a deep commitment to helping people move through life's most challenging moments — with a clinical focus on anxiety and depression rooted in relationship conflict, work-related stress, and past trauma.

At the core of her approach is a simple but powerful belief: that every person is the expert on their own life. She works collaboratively with each client, tailoring the process to fit their individual values, needs, and goals rather than applying a one-size-fits-all framework.

Dr. Rebecca's aim is to help clients build the skills to understand and manage their own thoughts and emotions — and in doing so, rediscover a genuine sense of hope and well-being.

Dr. Rebecca De Los Santos accepts self-pay, Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, and United Healthcare/Optum commercial plans.
