Supporting individuals, couples, and families across Arizona with compassionate care, practical tools, and a path toward positive change.
Have you been feeling lonely, disconnected, or unseen in your relationships? Maybe you find yourself constantly trying to “get things right,” yet still feel like you’re missing the mark. Or perhaps you find yourself replaying painful experiences, wishing you could finally make sense of them and move forward.
My goal is to create a therapeutic space where you feel safe, validated, and supported—a place where you can show up as your authentic self without fear of judgment. I believe there is beauty in the process of healing: when relationships are restored, purpose is rediscovered, and painful experiences can become opportunities for transformation.
Together, we will explore your strengths, uncover patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical tools to help you navigate life with greater confidence and clarity. I believe therapy is most meaningful when we work collaboratively, honoring your experiences while creating a path forward that feels authentic to you.
Life can be challenging, and the emotions you’re experiencing are valid. You do not have to carry everything alone. In therapy, you are allowed to be human—to be vulnerable, to slow down, and to know you don’t have to navigate it alone.
If you’re ready to take the next step, schedule a free consultation or initial evaluation. Together, we can begin creating space for healing, growth, and restoration.

Achieve Counseling & Wellness, a unique 501(c)(3) nonprofit psychotherapy private practice, is proud to provide the highest-quality, five-star counseling/therapy services to support Arizona’s middle class. We use profits to provide affordable counseling/therapy services to members of the middle-class with low to mid income based on a sliding scale. People who join the Achieve Community can feel good knowing that not only are they investing in their own well-being, but the rates they pay help support the well-being of hard working individuals and families who would not be able to access psychotherapy services without our affordable counseling/therapy options.
When well-being is supported, people are able to achieve their full potential, live healthier lives, and maximize their contributions to society. In turn, our economy is strengthened which helps Arizona's communities thrive and remain vibrant places to live, work, and play.
